Choose a convenient day
If you live in another city, we plan your visit together: our manager can bring you from Bangkok, or you come to Pattaya on your own.
Meet us at 10:30
At Central Festival Pattaya, or at 8:30 in Bangkok if you travel with our manager. Then we go together: bank, SIM card, immigration.
Get the visa, then pay
We usually finish by 17:00–18:00. If you came from Bangkok with our manager, he can drive you back.
Who can apply
- Age 50 or older
- You are in Thailand with at least 15 days left on your current stamp on the day of application
- A valid passport
Documents to prepare
- Passport: the photo page and the page with your last Thailand entry stamp, scanned at any copy shop
- An ID document from your home country (driving licence, national ID card or similar). Bring your birth certificate too if you have one
- 4 visa photos, 4×6 cm, white background, plus a digital copy
- TM30, the proof of your address in Thailand. Your hotel, condo or landlord issues it
- A Thai phone number with the SIM purchase receipt. No receipt? We buy a new SIM together on the day
Keep that phone with you: the bank sends SMS codes to it while opening your account.
Good to know
Leaving Thailand? Get a re-entry permit first.
Without it the visa is cancelled when you leave the country. Many people don't know this. We can issue a multiple re-entry permit on the same day.
Report your address every 90 days.
This is required for everyone on a long stay. It is a short procedure at immigration.
Renew with us after 15 months.
The renewal costs much less than the first visa, and we remind you in time.
Questions and answers
Do I really pay nothing in advance?
Yes. You pay 75,000 THB at the end of the day, once the visa is in your passport.
How long is the visa valid?
Up to 15 months: a 90-day Non-Immigrant O visa followed by a 12-month extension of stay based on retirement.
Can I come from Bangkok?
Yes. You meet our manager in Bangkok at 8:30 in the morning and travel to Pattaya together. He can drive you back as well.
I don't speak Thai or much English.
That's fine. Your manager speaks Russian and English and handles everything with the bank and immigration.
Can my elderly parent do this alone?
Yes. Many of our clients travel alone. We stay in touch with the family and accompany the client from the meeting point until everything is finished.
What if something is missing on the day?
We check all documents before the meeting, so surprises are rare. If the bank asks for something extra, we prepare it on the spot.
